  • Paul Günter Hartkopf (1925 -1982)

Paul Günter Hartkopf, an acclaimed gold and silversmith who served as the longstanding headmaster of the Gold and Silversmiths' Guild in Düsseldorf, initially acquired expertise in the optician's trade. Subsequently, he pursued further studies at the Cologne Werkschulen, where he became a master student and later worked as an employee under Professor Elisabeth Treskow. Professor Treskow was a highly significant figure in the German goldsmith's craft during the 20th century.
